I went to STIR for the crab bisque and I almost didn't live to write this review. It's that good. But it's not a one-trick pony. The lobster linguine came to the table and knocked my socks off, which was awkward since I was trying to eat. The steak bowl was also fantastic. Seriously, just get it all. The service was incredible too, which is great because I had to talk to someone. My advice? Water into Wine is the kind of place you go to on a whim and then immediately plan your return trip. The bartender was a blast, super knowledgeable and clearly loving their job. They know their stuff, too. The food is fresh and creative, and the wine list is excellent. It's a friendly, inviting space that makes you want to stay for another glass and one more conversation. I will be back, if only to work my way through the entire menu. Don't tell my cardiologist.
